Jim is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia as well as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®). He is also a Member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Specialties: Taxation of S Corporations, Limited Liability Corporations, Partnerships, Individuals, and Passive Activities. Jim also specializes in Estate and Retirement Planning for individuals.

Education: BA, Georgia State University, 1967. Graduate studies in Business and Accounting at Florida International University, 1982.
Anna is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Georgia and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She has been active in the field of public accounting, especially taxation, for over 25 years. For 12 years prior to joining KBT&E,
she was a partner in one firm and then sole owner of her own firm, both of which specialized in serving small businesses and high net worth individuals.
Specialties: Taxation of Individuals, S Corporations, LLCs, and Partnerships, especially in the real estate, construction and service sectors. She enjoys working with small businesses and their owners to develop the best tax strategies while not losing sight of the bottom line.

William J. Boshell
(Deceased 2005)
Bill Boshell was with the firm from 1993 until his death in 2005 . Bill considered his clients an extended family of sorts — some were actually “third generation clients.” He enjoyed getting to know his clients personally and building intimate relationships that tended to span many years. Jason Toole and Jim Kelley now administer Bill Boshell’s accounts, and they take pride in providing the same degree of service that made Bill Boshell such a valued member of this firm. |

John "Butch" Dean
(Deceased 2006)
Butch Dean was a Certified Public Accountant who operated his own firm, Dean & Associates, until the fall of 2006, when he agreed to join the Kelley Boshell Toole & Ellison team. Butch had a close professional relationship as well as a personal friendship with partner Jim Kelley. Unfortunately, Butch passed away unexpectedly in September 2006. He was a valued member of the community and an important part of his clients’ lives. Partners Jason Toole and Jim Kelley took over Butch’s accounts, and strive to provide the same level of service that Butch’s clients expect and deserve. |
